Posted by Jeffrey Levenstone on October 7, 2005 at 2:19 amHello everyone found this amazing new program that will work with NLE’s to make them nodebased. This includes finalcut pro. Watch the online demo. It will make everthing clear.

Jeffery was the guy there at the LAFCPUG who did the demo… I think he’s trying generate some sales here. To be perfectly honest, the demo seemd to indicate a product with potential that is in need of further development.

They could purchase a banner. Always good to support the Cow if you’re trying to market on the site.

Good to know. Would hate to jump on a product bandwagon only to find out the wheels aren’t on tight.

If you’re the guy demonstrating the product, it would be good if you announced that rather than posting like you’re someone who “happened” upon the product. I don’t care if you’re trying to sell the product, but from your post, you sound like a regular user who just happened to find this product and want to let the rest of the Cow know.

October 7, 2005 at 1:32 pmi watched the online demo’s … looked like it has some real ‘real world’ potential. there are a lot of stations starting to use FCP as a primary tool in promo production. the benefit of a simple versioning aid is obvious.
having said that it seemed a little convoluted in design, tho i’d imagine that a streamlined workflow could be set up. it will be interesting how well it integrates with other automation methods and software. that may determine how successful it will be. -

October 12, 2005 at 2:58 amyou guys are being way to hard on a program that is still in Beta. And even when its shipped what program ever has its wheels tight at 1.0. Watch the QT movies on the site and base your opinion on that not by a first ever demo from a person doing a first ever demo
