  no video output

  I had some computer troubles, after i worked them out, I no longer get video output from premiere or decklink control. I am able to hear audio on monitor and i can capture video and audio in decklink control. i also can see the desktop on the monitor, just no video output. i am using decklink extreme pci-x and have tried several different decklink drivers.
