  no video input in 23.976 project

  Premiere Pro CS3, Decklink HD Pro.

  I´m trying to capture a beta tape telecined at 23.976 and I´d like to remove pulldown on capture. I created a new project ‘8bit 3×4 23.976’, but the video window is grey and the record button is greyed out.

  Am I missing something here or doesn´t it work as expected?

  As a workaround I was able to capture in a 29.97 project and remove the pulldown in After Effects.
