  No video in source or program monitors

  I have Premiere CS3 and CS4 installed on the same computer. In CS3 I can play my avi file in both source and program monitors. Everything works fine. But in CS4 the same avi file only plays sound in both monitors. This is very frustrating.

  The avi file plays fine in After Effects CS4. Help appreciated.
