no video in edit to tape
I’m sure it’s a setting I’m missing but I have had this working before. I’m using an Aurora Pipeline Pro card to a Sony uvw-1800. I get video for a crash edit just fine. When I open the edit to tape selection I lose my video. I still have audio but no video. I’ve updated the drivers and the flash (the flash is now 1.8). I have all of output settings to aurora 8 bit. I’m using the svideo cable for output. I’ve tried yuv and composite out also.
any help would be greatly appreciated…

Just guessing, the uvw1800 insert functions may not be accessible form the controller you are using. There is a hidden set of menus for insert editing available from the 1800’s panel. Danged if I can remember how to access them. There may be a sticker on the inside of the top lid or check the anceitn manual.
