I know this is a repeat, but the solution was never mentioned.

I cut a logo out in Illustrator, and imported it fine into Invig 3.0. I’ve since upgraded to 3.1.1, and realized that my solid was not big enough, and it’s cutting off the sides as the pieces fly in; noticeably. When I created another solid the right size, I thought I could just copy and paste the effect onto the new solid. It asked me for a ai file, but said “This file has not usable vector paths”. It’s the same file as before. What do I need to do the illustrator file for Invigorator to recognize it?

    Thanks so much,

    Kent

Try this first, if you have the original file, just select to the Solid and Command-Y (Solid settings), then hit, ‘make comp size.” This rezises the Solid to the new comp size and adjusts the Invig file accordingly.

However, copying and pasting the Invig effect from one Solid to another, SHOULD work…
