  No Text Tool

  OK, there is a text tool sort of. When I click on my picture to add text instead of the I-bar all I get is a little dot. Typing does nothing. If I grab the dot I can stretch it out and lo! theres my word, but it looks like crud because its some teeny letters that have been expanded a million times.

  So how did I set my text to microscopic and how do I get it back to normal?
