  No Sri output in hpx3000

  Hi
  Recently on a job where I had to use the Sdi output bnc on camera, but they couldn’t get a signal ? I went through menu just to check it was on ( which it was) but still couldn’t get it to work, am I missing something ? The camera is hpx3000. Any help greatly appreciated
