So I burned a DVD in DVD Studio Pro and it plays fine in a DVD player and in the Mac I burned it in, but when I play it on a windows PC, the video plays fine, but there isn’t any audio. The audio file I used is a .ac3 file. Any suggestions?

Another eloquent post from Roman 🙂 What I think he’s trying to say is that WMP is a terrible DVD player. Have you tried the ones he mentioned and get the same issues?
