    Hey folks,

I guess this is a common problem but I couldn’t find anything about this that helped me.

I was building a DVD and in the final build the sound of the video was missing, althoug there was sound in menues.
The main video was edited in premiere and sent to encore (Dynamic link)
So in encore I’ve got my premiere timeline, but it hasn’t no sound.

I dont know why this happens, problably a missing checkbox or something or a missing codec (but then again why does the adio in menues work)

Wel anyway, a quick(!) help would be really appreciated.

I used to have this problem in My early days with Encore 1.5.

I used to encode in Premieres encoder to MPEG & (operator error)

And kept forgetting it consists of two files.

    The video & audio(wave) seperate.

You have to open each timeline in Encore & import the relevent audio

    to each timeline.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards.

    Peter.
