No saved projects in autosafe
Hi,
I turned the autosave on in the config page. And every ten minutes the interface is telling me that an autosave is being performed. But in the autosave tap I don’t see any saved projects I could restore. Any ideas why this happens (or better doesn’t happen)?

Thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunately it didn’t help. Still no backup available. Any other ideas;-)

Try setting Automatically save project to backup project.
See if that helps.

I had the same problem. Enabling ‘To backup project’ and pressing ‘Refresh’ (after the first autosave) did work in my case.

I guess there are no backups if that setting wasn’t enabled in the first time .

Hi Sasc,
what do you mean by not enabled in the first place? I did enable that function, but it simply did not show me any backups. Or do I misunderstand you?

The thing is, if you just turned autosave on, it doesnt work.
It needs to be set to “To backup project” and it has to be saved.
Then Resolve will first write a full new project and then incremental updates to the database while you are working.
But is this has not been active prior to work, its probably lost or more precise, never happened.A slice of color…

thanks your way worked. Now I have saved backups. I did not find anything in the manual explaning it the way you did. Did I misread it or is your way based on your own experience?
