Sorry for such a basic question, but I’m having trouble getting the video display to work properly on my dual monitor set up. Basically everything I’ve captured has not been playing in real time. The audio will work play fine, but all I see is the first frame of the clip and/or time sequence. The same problem occurs in the clip window and the composer window.

I’ve tried switching to a single monitor set up, but the problem still occurs. I’ve also tried switching the Video Display Settings to Software Open GL as opposed to my graphics card, but the problem still occurs.

Any suggestions or clues as to resolving this bug would be of great help. And I thank you for your assistance in advance.

I’m gonna take a stab at this. I had the same or very similar problem when I first set up my Xpress Pro system many moons ago. I was very green technically at that time (not that I’m a geek now) but I recall that I didn’t have the proper driver for my graphic card. Had to download new one.

If you have a floating window open on top of your video window, that may cause a problem like that.
