  No playback output…help

  Trying to output 720p24 and 1080i60 DVCPRO HD into Pal envoironment.
  Can scrub up and down timeline with both and see image but can never get playback except on FCP viewer. Where am I going wrong.
  Can someone explain and make it idiot proof.
