    Hi everyone,

I got a quadro 4000, and everything was working wonderfully with premiere 5.5.

I upgraded to Lion, and this bug appeared. I’m getting a still picture, but no playback. I do hear audio. when I switch back to software playback only, I get normal looking playback. when I switch to GPU (cuda) the problem comes back.

CUDA says I don’t need new drivers.

Does this ring a bell to anyone?

Brrrriinnnnggg! I have heard that with lion the cudadriver-4.1.29-macos works well, but the 4.2.5 breaks things. Check in your System Prefs to see which one you are running and replace it if need be.

I’ve run into similar problems on a new Boxx Tech PC with a Quadro 2000 on a PC environment.

There are new drivers from nvidia specifically for 10.7.4. Download the quadro 4000 drivers directly from nvidia.
