  no output from intensity

  I have an intensity card installed in my Macpro (2.8 gig 4gig ram)
  It is behaving erratically. Sometimes there is no way to make the picture appear on my flat panel TV. Yes, I’ve selected the right input.
  My sequence in Final Cut Pro is set for 720p60 HD960x720 16:9.
  When I go to the view menu/video playback and select intensity HDTV 59.98
  nothing happens, when I go to HDTV 60 then I only get a still frame that is updated every time I stop playback in the time line.
  It has worked already in the past, but it sure is erratic. Today I cannot get it to display video on screen at all. Did I buy a lemon here?
  Any ideas?
