Hi, I’ve got a Decklink on Premiere Pro (XP) – I’ve installed the latest drivers and everything’s working just fine, except I can’t get any video output. I’ve tried getting it thru a Sony DSR-25P Deck, no luck…

Decklink SD cards require a 64bit PCI slot – unless other wise specified in system requirements.

Software versions required : Decklink 5.1.2, Quicktime 6.5, DirectX 9.0 and Service Pack 2 for XP Professional.

Deckcontrol should be working if the above mentioned elements are true. You should then be able to
play back color bars from Deckcontrol. The are available here https://www.blackmagic-design.com/support/software/

    Enabling extended desktop in XP.

Right Click desktop > Properties > Settings > Select the Second monitor Decklink (2) and Select the extend my Windows Desktop onto this monitor option.
Changing Formats NTSC to PAL Advanced > Adapter > List modes will permit you to change formats. The Default should be NTSC.

Email pcsupport@blackmagic-design.com is you have any other issues.
