  no output from BMHD plus

  I have output option on blackmagic preferences panel grayed out , and inside gray it says y,ry,by wich my card does not have.
  I have FCP 5 and I have had reinstalled the fcp, quicktime and drivers today still no option to output.
  Sdi input works fine.
  Help we have a client coming to us tomorrow and we have to output his material onto digibeta.
