    Premiere Pro V12 (CC)
    Mac 10.13.2

I get no audio from any iphone footage. I have to re encode on non adobe software and import that. What is going on here.

The other problem is when it is there it is out of sync and this isn’t fixed with the third party re encode.

Surely adobe would test something as basic as this before updating or is there some settings I am neglecting..

Thanks for any advice. This is a real PIA.

Phone footage is recorded in variable frame rate that has given a bunch of problems recarding audio sync. The latest Premiere update has added VFR support and some tools on how to deal with it: https://www.premierebro.com/blog/premiere-pro-1201-update-variable-frame-rate-and-new-features

Hey! That’s great! Bunch of wasted time over the last few months, but at least it’s working now!

    Thanks!

I have one – filmic pro. And it was working fine…Then it wasn’t… then it was again …. then it wasn’t again.

Got any other recommendations for good phone apps?

Yeah, i’ve talked with support on numerous times.

They put it all on Adobe.
