Posted by Goutom Ain on February 1, 2014 at 1:14 pmI am using AP cs6 but while exporting a video i am getting p2 movie and not mxf 0p1a export preset. Is there any thing i am missing. Adobe media encoder has the same preset but not in AP. Please help me as i need to export video in single mxf file.

February 1, 2014 at 4:58 pmExporting P2 does not make separate files.
Try it. Export a sequence to P2.
Then open media browser and bring in the P2 clip. The audio and video will be linked.

February 4, 2014 at 3:13 amExporting to P2 will give you separate audio and video files on the hard drive which is what the OP was referring to.
Goutom, do you have the MXF OP1a option in Premiere Pro if you choose File > Export? I’m curious if this is just limited to AME or is also affecting your Premiere Pro installation. If it is in both, you should try logging out and back in of your Creative Cloud account as it is most likely an issue with the licensing for that codec not being properly detected.
