OK,I have installed all the files for CS6 including the funtional content file but still do not have any menu or button options in Encore. I had the same problem in 5.5 but could not find the content files from the disc set I had. This is from the download and all files were downloaded and installed to the default directories. Do I need to uninstall 5.5 to get it to find the new files?

There is no functional content in the trial nor should you have access to Encore.
This only comes available when you enter a serial number.

    Try deactivating and then activating.
    If that does not work,
    Re-install CS6.
    If that does not work
    deactivate,
    de-install everything,
    run Cleaner Tool,
    Re-install.

    That’s insane.
I had thought Adobe had been in the business longer than that.
