  No embedded audio when using QT Ref from Avid

  I’m having a consistent issue when using QT Ref files from Avid Symphony and AME CS6. Using a standard AME preset such has one for Vimeo 720P export, the results are two files. One video only & one audio only. As far as I can tell the result should be one file with embedded audio. This is on a PC system.
  Any ideas?
