No DVD/CD image
When I load a blank DVD or CD into the optical drive in either my G4 or G5 the “blank disk” image that usually pops up along with the window that allows you to name said blank disk, no longer comes up.
Anyone else with this problem?
Only thing I can figure is that I downloaded the latest Apple updates and something went wrong? -

Use the Disk Utility and Repair Permissions.

yes, done did the disk utility repair permissions, and rebooted. Just strange, cause both the G4 & G5 are doing it.
