No DV playback after upgrade to Tiger
A client is running FCP HD and has upgraded his Powerbook to Tiger and found his
only option for video playback is ‘digital cinema desktop’
and not the DV Firewire option he requires. Has device control but no audio
or video on capture. Is this a QT issue and would reverting
to QT6 be the answer. Any help appreciated. -

did he reinstall with anything plugged into the firewire ports…..that messed u p the install for me, and i had to re-install fresh without anything plugged into the usb or firewire ports…

Unfortunately not sure what he had plugged up at the
time of upgrade. Are you talking fresh install of Tiger or FCP HD?Thanks for the help
