no device control in premier anymore/windows won’t recognize hvx200 connected via firewire
When I connect my hvx200 to my computer via firewire, windows won’t recognize my camera/I have no device control in Premier Pro. I haven’t had a problem before and I’ve been using this hvx200 for 6 months now. It won’t work connected via firewire on another computer either. Although, if I put my tape in another camera, connect it via firewire, no problem capturing on another computer, unfortunately I couldn’t get to try that camera on my computer. I’ve tried all hotfixes, updates and settings and even tried a new firewire cable. Does this mean my firewire out on my camera is fried? Oh no?!
