No Cuda Card Detected

I am hoping someone can help me with this. Software would not launch today. Uninstalled it, reinstalled. Launches but now get message “Warning no Cuda Acceleration detected” I went to preferences got latest driver installed that. Still get same message and sometimes another message says “0 gpu detected” or similar. Software runs but the moment you click on any media it dies? Panels are also not responding from cloud screen saver to log in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Can’t get anyone to respond on Sunday.

Have you upgraded to 10.6.8?
