No audio with SDI from EX3 to FCP through Kona
I’m trying to capture 1080 footage direct from my Sony EX3 camera to FCP via SDI through a Kona LHe box. I can capture video just fine, but I have no audio. The FCP timeline shows 4 channels of audio, but they’re all empty. Is there some setting in the AJA control panel I’m missing? Or is audio not embedded in the SDI signal when capturing HD footage

Generally the default audio settings for the Konas is either AES or Balanced. You need to switch the Audio Inputs on the AJA Control Panel to Embedded.
