no audio when capturing
Hi,
there is a problem trying to capture old vhs. I have vhs player connected to Multibridge Pro 2 (pal in) and audio to multibridge xlr using audio mixer. I can see a video in log and capture window and hear audio from my monitors, but I can’t get an audio in FCP. I’m sure that audio signal is coming to computer, because in system preferences sound setup audio input section I see moving input level bar. What could be wrong?
Final Cut Pro 7.0.1, OS X 10.6.2, MB Pro2 driver 7.3.1

Looks like just a common FCP connection problem regarding audio. View > Audio > then choose the proper connection for where your speakers are connected (deck or mac).

No, when I play any of video in my time line, I hear audio, but can’t get audio when capturing. Audio level meter doesn’t move.

In the Capture Settings tab of the Log and Capture window, make sure “Preview” is checked under the Audio section.

It’s checked, but still no audio.

New multibridge drivers helped.

I can’t understand. It worked 20 minutes, but later sound was gone. Flat waveform in timeline and again can’t get sound in log and capture. Sounds like a bug in multibridge drivers.
