    Hello,

Suddenly, after rendering sequence in Adobe Media Encoder, there is no sound when I playback that same sequence in Premiere Pro. Help!

If I copy the sequence to a new sequence in the exact same project, then the audio does play back. However, the mixer levels have returned to zero.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here?

    Thank you very much!

Just spent 2 1/2 hours with Adobe Support / Chat — fyi — turns out the audio became corrupted in media encoder.

Another hidden feature of AME 🙁 Do we need to make a “render from” copy and have a backup before using AME? Did Adobe support have any suggested causes for this?

No – Adobe support did not know why the audio became corrupted in AME. ):
