No audio on timeline
I had to re-install Windows XP and upgrade to SP2. I reinstalled Premiere Pro 1.5, updated to 1.5.1 and restored the project file that I had backed up along with the raw footage. The video plays fine on the timeline but no audio plays at all.
I am working on a commercial project and really need an answer as I am behind on this now. Thanks in advance.

Whats your source footage?

Make sure your external deck or camera is turned off and “Desktop Audio” is selected in Playback Settings.
