no audio on firewire out, just picture
Suddenly I have no audio out from my firewire 400 cable to my Sony DSR 11 DV-Cam deck. I’ve tried another cable and recording to a camera instead of the deck with the same results. I’m using PP 3.0 on a HP Pavillion dv8000. Has been working great. Getting a great picture but no audio when playing from the timeline. Audio is playing fine from the headphone jack on the computer but not through the 1394 connection. Wouldn’t you know it, I’m in the last stretch of a job that’s due tomorrow. Help! Larry

“Playback Settings” allow you to choose between Desktop Audio and 1394. Access this via the small round button on the lower right of the Program window.
