No Audio Levels in Final Cut Pro when connected
I have FCP6 with an AJA IO. Has worked great for years until this week. Went to use it and my video plays an outputs via IO fine but no audio, not even levels in FCP. If I run FCP with out the IO then all levels are fine. I have tried uninstalling the io and reloading. The only thing I can think of is I use Nicecast once in a while for live audio broadcasting and installed some audio hijacking plugins. I have unistalled them just to see if that would help but still nothing. For now my work around is to use my minidv cam to make dubs. I found a thread about this on here with multiple people having the same issue, but no fixes.
Please help, not just for me but for the others with the same issue.

I assume you have tried a power cycle?
Any other fw devices?

Of course. I also have no other FW devices. No hardware changes etc.
