No audio in Sony Vegas 8.0b, Codecs installed!
Hi!
When I import a movie into SV i got only video no sound, i checked the video with GSPOT and it says that MPEG 1 Layer 3 is installed. Also, when I render i can’t render in mp3, it just says no supported formats. I have K-lite Mega codec pack, the most recent one.

But what kind of video did GSpot say it was?
If it was DivX or Xvid, that’s a problem as Vegas doesn’t like them.Also, upgrade to Vegas 8.0c as there were several bug fixes that may resolve your problem.

Im sure the several issues you are having will be cleared
up once you upgrade to Sony Vegas 8.0c….
