no audio.
if it’s not one thing it’s another. I have producer 11.5, I digitized everything fine via firewire, put it on the timeline, audio was there, now nothing. the Audio meter shows there is audio coming in, the green lines shooting up and down, my audio is up on my computer, yet nothing. please help.

okay, I just disconnected the firewire from my deck and NOW the audio plays on my timeline, which is nice, but why the heck wouldn’t it play audio while the deck was connected to my computer? That’s just plain strange.

Probably because you set the system to output video and audio via FireWire. Older versions of Producer only were able to output sound either via FireWire or via the Internal Out due to timing issues. So if the system was set to output via FireWire it is possible that you don´t get audio out on the Internal Line OUt or speakers.
