  no 24 f in PPro CS3?

  I have CS3 and i only get HDV 1080p25 option. Whats the deal? Wheres my 24 frames per second option? I can make a custom but its like 23.97 or something similar (i`m not at home), but my Canon A1 shoots 24 f which is what I gather prograssive giving an even number of frames. How do I do this?
