nitris dx
Hi, i got a Avid Nitris DX and I can’t capture any media.
I think it’S a serial port problem, cause de led in front of the nitris box shows me that i’m in a good format (HD SDI is locked)
I see the video and audio but in capture tool there is no deck avaiable even if i configure it.
so how can i solve my port problem…Guillaume

pc or mac?
are you using a Rosetta Stone RS-232 to RS-422 converter for your remote?or Keyspan USA-28x is USB to RS-422?
if you turn off machine control are video/audio hitting the avid?
