Nike Mag Commerical (Light Trail Effect pointers?)
I’ve been trying to figure out a way to recreate the LED strobe trails from this Nike Commercial. I’ve tried a few approaches but none have come close to the results shown here. Any tips? pointers? plug-ins?

I am also trying to modify the light streaks so that it creates a Red, Green, Blue strobe pattern as opposed to the single color strobe pattern shown in the commercial.

You can try to draw them on a shape layer,
add a dash to a stroke, then – bend in 3d as you want,
and apply glow and other stuff.
