Hi there, came across this on Adobe’s Website:

    https://www.adobe.com/motion/aviator.html

I would also like to know If someone could point me in the right direction in doing a similar technique as this, I mean look at the screen captures on this page, what is the workflow, do they convert to B&W, and then how do they get the whole image colored by overlaying Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow Filters, how does it work I guess is my question? :

I searched for that post and its apparently no longer in the archives. I am very curious to read more on this subject. The only post I found pointed to VFXTalk, but the post in that forum uses Shake to get the job done.

Can anyone point to a link with a recipe that was made with afterFX or photoshop?

    thanks

    Hi there,

Ok, so now we got this Video that gives a very clear visual understanding of what they did.

    https://www.aviatorvfx.com/index.php?cmd=frontendScreeningPopup&id=color&video=1&size=high

Would it be possible to ask someone to translate what is done here into AfterFX language please?

    It would be greatly appreciated!
