    Hi,

    I’m sure you guys have seen this transition before its kind of like an iris transition but alot more smooth, starts out from the center and spreads out (radially) very smoothly. The standard iris transition is a little harsh for my taste, even with a high feather setting.

    Make a layer with a render>ramp effect applied (radial). Pre-comp it. Apply transition>gradient wipe to the layer that you want to wipe away. Use the ramp precomp as your gradient. Animate the gradient wipe transition completion.
