NFL Pulsating Logo!!
Okay guys and gals does anyone know where I can find a tutorial or at least a video somewhere on the net of the NFL promo where the logo pulsates to the sound of a heartbeat?
I’m trying to find video of it but its difficult to search. At the end of the commercials they have the NFL logo pumping like a heart while someone says something like “I love this game!”
I would LOVE to animate something like this to the beat of a song. It would be like the text or images or whatever you use would be dancing to the music

You can use the audio amplitude to animate just about anything via expressions. Try using it to animate Puppet Tool pins or the Distort > Bulge effect for even more options. Trapcode’s SoundKeys allows you to get even more nitty-gritty with audio files as it lets you access different frequencies to generate your ‘amplitude’ value.
