Next gen camera to the VariCam AJ-HDC27F
So I missed it but what was the word with a projected next generation camera to the VariCam AJ-HDC27F?
Will it have P2?
Will it have 1080 range to offer as well with its “Vari” features?
Any ship dates?
I’m reluctant to buy a Panasonic without P2 at this point and since the HVX200 has the 1080 range, the question stand as to the next gen of its bigger brother.

There was a brief mention by one of the P2 presenters at NAB 2005 regarding a future D5 camcorder. No release date only news that it was in the works.
