April 19, 2005 at 11:35 amI’d still like to read other’s responses to this news, but, alas, every time I check, only the initial news post is displayed. How can I view other’s comments?
Or, if not, then can the sysop please remove the counter that let’s everyone see how many have responded.

Well, it’s because nobody in this paricular forum has responded — until you did. ;o)

There’s nothing keeping people from posting or seeing what others say, unless they are saying nothing and there’s nothing to see.
Peace out,

April 19, 2005 at 2:59 pmMr. Droid:
With patience and all due respect (I riled someone a few months back with this, so I’m trying to be careful):
When I view the messages list, it displays the total number of replies(in this case, 12, or 13, including this post), yet when I pull up the post itself, only 3 (now 4) are actually displayed. I would truly like to understand.
Does this mean that others have responded in another fold of cyberspace, a fold that allows observation of the posters, but not of their posts?

April 19, 2005 at 8:28 pmIt took me a while to figure out what you were talking about. I always view this forum in Thread mode. But your way does show 15 responses and only 4 are actually there.
Seems like a forum bug.
