I’ve tried to work with NB Titler Pro that came with Vegas 11 several times and each time NBTP fails to function. Once opened up in Vegas and I start to work with it it will either crash Vegas of lock-up the computer completely. It promised to be the better of all the other Vegas title programs as shown in the demo/trainer videos. However, here in our studio, it is unless so far.

And with the other Vegas title programs in 11, I found they will not recognize all my fonts. So I’m really limited to fonts and title programs that will work within Vegas 11. If I keep things real simple, no problem. But when I need some cool creative titles………. Vegas 11 & NBTP has nothing to offer.

Does anyone know if this issue has been fixed in Vegas 12?

What professional title programs are you using?

    Thanks.

That’s not something for Vegas 12 to fix.
The problems in regards to Newblue Titler has nothing to do with
Sony Vegas, the problem is entirely with Newblue Titler, they are
the ones who need to fine tune their software. Open a help ticket
on their site and explain the issues you are having.

Steve, did just that. Not putting it on Vegas at all. Just want a titler that actually works n a professional level.

They need to have a CPU fallback option put in place, or
something like that, for the folks who are having issues.

I’ve had good results with Zaxwerks ProAnimator. Version 6 is the most recent. Here is a link to check it out:

Ken, please make sure you’ve tried the most current version of Titler Pro. Also, please make sure your video card is current. If you have a mobile video card, make sure it’s set to always stay in “full power” mode. If you’re still getting a failure after that, please start a help ticket at newbluefx giving the full details.
