It may not be entirely New Blue problem. The Vegas Pro 11 build is extremely buggy and unstable. There are multiple threads on the Sony forum with stability issue.
I have (for the 4th time), done a factory reset, updated all drivers including TI Catalyst 10.11 and did a fresh install without any Antivirus or other software on machine. This time, I did not install the New Blue Fx Titler at all. The Vegas Pro 11 still keeps crashing whenever I use any GPU plug-in. Once it crashes, it stops rendering as .mp4.
I have provided all the detaisl to the tech support team on the New Blue Fx team. New Blue Fx team, by the way has been very prompt with responses and acknowledging issues (with ATI driver) even on weekends. The Sony Guys have not responded since Thursday and not available even who have purchased their paid support services.
For now, I’m reverting back to Vegas HD Platinum 11 license I have till there is a new build of Vegas Pro 11.

The same documentaion exsists for the titler as for youtr other products. their are even a few tutorials out for the titler and i belive a webanir is schedualed some time this month. But i dont see how your past performance with other products is an excuse for releasing a new product that dont seem to work. True it was free with the pro 11 but it seems to be full of bugs too. Are we being used as a beta thing or has some thing failed here. If we use your thinking it would be ok to open a new bridge without making sure that it worked becuse the bulider has had prior secuess in buliding less complcated bridges. How about a statment from sony and newblue telling use what has happened and what is being done about it you know a little damage controll help a fella out.As far as bying any of your proven products it may be a time before i go their becuse i will always think will your product work with the next version of vegas pro.
This issue is about peoples trust in a company and most of all their hard earnd money.

By “well documented”, I meant they have a known history of working well with Vegas.
Titler is a brand new product and is totally different than anything we’ve done before. While it does still have a few bugs (which we are definitely working on), overall it is stable in Vegas and will soon be released for a few other NLE’s. When it’s released for the new NLE’s, the Vegas version will be updated as well with all bug fixes rolled in. Even still, the number of people reporting issues with Titler Pro is a tiny fraction of the number of people with it installed…

great i am now a tiny part of a problum that may or may not exsist with titler that is stable in side vegas. by well is that like vista worked well? it would be nice for the help folks to give me a few possable solutions or tell me the info i have provided them shows buggy software and not my equipment or settings. maybe your help folks work well with others just not us tiny folk.

Titler does the same thing to me, although, I have been able to get it to work a couple times.

BLA BLA BLA any one have any better input none of the new fixes from Sony or New Blue did anything.

Howard, I recommend you download and install the video driver with catalyst version 11.10 or 11.11. Sony does not recommend using 11.12. You will have to download it direct from ATI’s website.
I also recommend that you now update to the current Titler Pro version build 111213.
If you still have issued, please open a support ticket at newbluefx.com and there’s a little more we can test.

With regards to SV11 Pro crashing, go here
and do as it says, solved all my issues except this one,
when I have ProTitler media on the time line, rick click for Properties, the Undersample rate is set to 1000fps! 1000fps!
Issues…well, theres one!
