    Hello,
Question 1: I download trial ver or V7 and trying to do a project. The default capture setup at the time was screen detection (I have since changed) this gave me 13 clips total of 54 mins. Editing some of the clips have caused a space between the clips. How do I drag the entire timeline to close the opening, or use a snap-to command to close the opening. Better yet, when I have to edit on the clips and remove some footage, is it possible to make the entire timele snap-to (automaticly) during the process.
Question 2: Where is the DVD interface or how do I acess it. I did not see it install when V7 installed.
I have seen a lot of online tutorials that has me up and running, they just have not covered these specific questions. Please don’t go nowhere as i will be back later with another simple newbie question.

    Thanks – Hank

    1. Multiple ways:

    a. Double click the blank area, press Delete, and then do a ripple edit (i.e. CTRL-Shift-F or you can simply turn rippling on and it will do it automatically)

    b. Right-click the clip to be moved, choose “Select events to end”, and then click and drag it left

    c. Use a script to select all events after the cursor and then click and drag left.

    etc…

    2. DVD Architect is a separate program/separate download. You need to download and install it.
