Newbie question about line cut
Hey!
I’m having trouble with line cut on c4d r20.
I saw in a lot of youtube videos people that use This tool while making three or more cutting points. In my machine i can make only two (stat point and end point), and i have no idea how to add another point..
Please, help me?

I am fairly new as well so there may be a quicker shortcut for this, but I always make my line cut and then revert back to the move tool. Then I choose the line cut tool again to make my next cut. It’s quick if you use the shortcuts. “KK” for the line cut tool and “E” for the move tool.

in the Line Cut tools settings is a check box for Single Line (in R19, R20 anyway) which is off by default ie. you have to check it before it will act as you describe. I don’t have earlier versions to test here so don’t know when it was added. What version are you using?
