First, you need to digitize the audio, Your computer may be able to do this (it can if it’s a mac) or have a card installed that will do this. If so, plug the left and right outputs of your cassette deck into the audio inputs of your computer/card and record (digitize) the program. The result will probably be a .aif or .wav file. Then you need to burn an audio CD of that file. Depending on the kind of computer you own, you may have a bullt-in CD burner. If you do then you also probably have a program that will burn the CD. Start that program and drag the audio file into it and you should be able to burn the CD. Search the tuorials on the Cow. There may be more detailed info available.
