Newbie expport question!
Posted by Ian Matthews on March 27, 2015 at 3:03 pmHi!
Loving Adobe Premiere Pro so far – very powerful tool!
I have a problem in that my exported videos seem a little jerky and have glitchy lines on them… See attached image.
Any ideas? I am exporting to Quicktime format 1080p h264
Thanks,
Ian

March 27, 2015 at 4:09 pmInterestingly the gltiching appears viewing in 1080 but not 480

March 27, 2015 at 4:49 pmWell that is interesting. Only shows up in 1080 for me. Is your original video interlaced?

March 27, 2015 at 5:02 pmThe footage was shot on iPhone (30fps?) and I exported at 1080p, 25fps so could that be the issue?

March 27, 2015 at 5:47 pmTry exporting a test at 30 fps and uploading that just to see if it has the same issues at 1080. I’m assuming you don’t see the effect in the file you upload to YouTube right?

March 27, 2015 at 5:51 pmThanks, I will try that. I do see the issue viewing the exported movie in Quicktime, which I assume plays at best quality by default.
Thanks!

March 27, 2015 at 5:58 pmOh so it’s not a YouTube encoding problem. Still try uploading a test at 30 frames. What are your export settings?

Are you absolutely sure about that? How about a screencap of your export settings?
