I have ae 6.5,I have a layered psd file that I’m making space between the layers to create a 3-d look,when I pick a setting for output(ntsc-dv1)the file in the comp window becomes zoomed in to a just a small section of the original and will render out as such.I’ve different formats to the same result.Any advice.

It sounds like your original image is much bigger than 720×486, so you need to scale down your psd file(s). Since you are offseting them to create a 3D look, I would go to Layer>New>Null. Nulls are layers that don’t render, just used to control other layers. Move the null to the center of your psd image. Select all your .psds layers and parent them to the null, then just scale the null to your comp size.
