Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy New workflow

I am working on a different workflow… ingest DV25 footage 16X9 anamorphic and edit that out to DV25 16X9 anamorphic for web purposes. I now need to make iPod videos from them with the correct aspect ratio.

When I use Squeeze, it seems to come out correct, but it takes FOREVER to render. Can I do this within QT? Anyone have a winning formula for it, because I’m getting close to pulling my hair out. I’ve tried export>movie to ipod>options> nearly every option combination I can come up with to the point where I’m doing screen captures every time I change something, just so I can keep track.

Please, help a brother from pulling out what little hair he has left…

Use compressor and change the pixel size to something 16×9, like 640×360 and make sure the aspect ratio is set for square pixels.
