New Vegasaus 1.9.1 syncing feature
I’d like to recommend new Vegasaur 1.9.1 to anyone who edits DSLR multicam footage. There is a new feature that in my opinion is revolutionary. You just have to sync clocks in your DSLR cameras before shooting and then just use Quick Properties and sync using date modified.
In one click you will have your footage organized on timeline according to your DSLR clocks. It isn’t as accurate as using timecode in professional camcorders as it needs a bit of manual tweaking, but it saves MUCH time.
If you didn’t synchronize your clocks in DSLRs it isn’t a problem too, because you can offset entire track to match other camera.
Plural Eyes? If you have outdoor shooting when some cameras are distant, it just doesn’t work.
Try Vegasaur. Remember that every shooting day has to be synced on different timeline (it doesn’t look at dates, only time).
Big respect to Vegasaur creators.
